This property sold before coming on the market. It was tenant occupied and while in reasonable condition it was messy. The buyer did a physical inspection and pest report and no work was performed by the seller. There were some old galvanized pipes and only a single wall heater. Wiring was original. Roof was getting old. The additions were mainly a large (400 SF guess) family room that was a former patio that was enclosed with permit and add-ons to the kitchen (100 SF, or so). Kitchen was updated, but not new. Bath was updated somewhat. This location is only eight houses from the Shoreline Park and on a corner.
